The need to respond the high participation demand required lengthy meetings with the community to establish basic standards of professionalism in order to develop a structured programme. There were moments of pressure, functional to the objectives to be achieved, but then the perfect snow conditions and the expertise and experience gained over the years have allowed the unfolding of a constructive work in the snow, emphasizing that particular aspect of Africa, made of white terraces suspended over 4,000 metres above Marrakech. Particularly significant was the training given by Angelo Bellobono to two Moroccan women in front of 40 local ski instructors, who, in the following days, participated in the technical piste and off-piste skiing training in a majestic mountains landscape.

Border's continuity, april 2015
From april 16th to 21st 2015 an important course on the techniques of ski mountaineering was held in the massif of Toubkal, strongly desired by local guides and made with the prestigious technical contribution of the professionals of "Live your mountain" Igor Antonelli, founder, and Raffaele Adiutori, professional mountain guide.
The experience was a further opportunity for the new Oukameiden association founded by Mostafa Taouallout, Id Ali Brahim and other local professionals, and for the population of the Valley of the Toubkal, in order to project a future close to their territory, with the real possibility that this will help them to generate sustainable income.
In addition to the purely technical training, such activities represent a playground in which the body and the gesture play an important role in the construction of thought and of relations between men and territories.
"Border's continuity"
is the title of this phase of the project, which in addition to being a ski mountaineering training, is an action that will merge experiences and join boundaries through gestures and shared efforts.
Coordinated by Angelo Bellobono, artist - ski coach and and founder of Atla(s)now, the italian guides with the moroccan ones, will climb the Toubkal (4167m), the peak that closes the Mediterranean to the south. They will bring up there an art work created by the artist with the stones of the italian Gran Sasso mountain, and conceived to continue the building of the ideal bridge/hinge between the mountains of different countries, making real the concept of "moving borders" that characterizes Atla(s)now.
